From the Owner Hello. My name is Jenelle Kirton, and I am
the owner of Advanced Business Services, LLC. In over fifteen years I have worked in various office settings
to effectively support multi-level groups of professionals, to include many small business owners, both in-house as well
as from remote locations.
I ultimately made the decision
to start this company out of the noticeable need for effective and efficient, yet cost-effective, administrative services
and overall business support and management. There are many professionals in businesses today who truly need and appreciate
the reliable support of someone who is just as dedicated to their goals and success as they are. There
are also many current administrative professionals who appreciate having someone seamlessly step in to assist them
in getting on top of their workloads. My company has become that support in many areas of business, at every
level.
You should also know... My career path has afforded me the opportunities to assist individual professionals as well as departments in
various capacities and industries; develop an advanced level of knowledge encompassing every area of administrative
skills and functions; and become well versed in a great number of application programs. Successfully acting as a
liaison, I have bridged communication gaps between professionals and vendors, as well as between departments within companies. Throughout my years
of dedicated administrative service, my expertise has been strategically utilized in effort to start and grow new positions
that were necessary for future growth and sustainability as well as increased market potential. I successfully
developed those positions and, later, effectively trained other qualified individuals to take over the
positions as I remained available for consulting. Confidentiality is a large aspect of providing
efficient support that I do not take lightly. I have worked on many high profile government contracts; worked
alongside CEOs and CFOs; and spent time assisting in and managing human resources departments. In all
positions, I was continuously exposed to streams of confidential information that was never divulged to others
who were not authorized to have access to the information.
